21.01.2022 The happiness trap In therapy we often talk about our brains related to mental health. The below video gives a snippet of how our cave man brain is of influence on our modern life brain. How it actually tries to keep us safe and often works perfectly fine, just not always as useful in day to day situations when the drive for checking on danger makes us experience anxiety, stress, overthinking and pushes us towards unrelenting standards.
