24.01.2022 Throwback Thursday came a bit early this week, but we just love this penthouse project from a couple of years ago! The terrace is nearly as big as the interior of the apartment, hence we created different areas for dining, entertaining, lounging and the ultimate spa experience, all with the most amazing view in mind.

I have to admit traveling is my number 1 passion simply because it always gives me new perspective on my current reality, it shines a new light on the challenges I am facing, the work I am doing and the direction my life is heading towards. We all want clarity and I am so grateful for achieving it simply by leaving and returning. This little plan for a bathroom reno from June still makes me smile so I consider it a solid design. The materials, colours and lines are clean and simple, with a careful layering of grey in various materials, timber, marble and brushed brass. 16.01.2022 Amazing news from last night BDAWA Design Awards Presentation Night when together with Izabela Katafoni from Studio Origami Pty Ltd we received the commendation for best residential interior design and she took out best house award for our category under 500K. I am very proud and humbled to have received a professional recognition such as the above and entirely grateful to Izabela for taking me on this journey and trusting me with the project. Cannot wait to see where we will go from here! (Wish I could have been there last night to celebrate:)

Like and share or posts and keep your eyes peeled for more tips to come! || REFLECTION: when hanging a mirror always make sure that you achieve a nice reflection that complements the decor. Avoid televisions or the back of furniture in the reflection. When a room is too dark, hanging a mirror next to a window reflecting the light coming in can double brightness. If a room is too small, a well placed mirror will add depth and extra visual space. Be careful when using mirror in the bedroom as it can disturb your sleep. And finally aim for different sizes and forms as choosing the right piece is an inexpensive way to update the decor! #vividesigninterior
