While its important to pick the right time to be ready, never fear embracing what your mumma gave you. Heres the perfect example where we have transitioned our client from having a solid base colour and foils to just blended foils, resulting in lower maintenance, more affordable hair, and great hair health while still looking like a ten!

I love what I do, and while I spend ALOT of my time in this little studio, I wouldn’t change it for the world. I would do anything for my clients, each and everyone of you have become like friends and family. So It’s with a heavy heart and broken spirit that I announce, Vivid glamour Hair studio will be temporarily closing d...ue to the health and safety of my clients, my family and myself holding the utter most importance. Thank you so much to everybody who does and will continue to support me, this is definitely not the end, just a little opportunity to re focus and refuel. We would like to reassure our clients we are taking all measures possible in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic to assure they are presented with a safe and clean environment so we can keep operating for you all. In keeping with these protocols we ask all our clients to please respect each others well being by following suit. If you are feeling unwell and have any flu like symptoms we request that yo...u reschedule your hair appointment to a later date. If you have travelled, or have come into contact with anyone who has travelled overseas recently that hasnt self isolated, we ask kindly that you reschedule your appointment. As our studio is only small, all surfaces and equipment is being wiped over and cleaned with the appropriate sanitary products in between every single client. We love each and everyone of you, and these drastic times can present many opinions. Please wether they are recommended or mandatory, lets all have some respect for each other and remember our moral compasses.

04.01.2022 Vivid Glamours hair family is forever growing. To make sure you never have to miss out, heres a few pointers that will lead you to nailing your hair appointments with us. Rebook before you leave the salon - We know this can be difficult for some of you because you dont always know what your schedule will be 6 to 8 weeks down the road, but if you can , it would really be beneficial for you and your stylist if you book your next reservation before leaving the salon. Trust us... you will be thankful you did. This will prevent you from having to call Mindy in a panic hoping she can squeeze you in somewhere. Then you can always make changes if you need to. Giving as much notice as possible - We are usually booked out at least 3 weeks in advance. So if you have a particular event coming up, or a date in which you need your hair looking fantastic for, its never a bad idea to book in with us as soon as you can. We offer plenty of after hour appointments for our nine to fivers, but they do disappear quickly. These can be booked out a month in advance most weeks. Whilst we dont want to discourage you from asking, the sooner you let us know, the less chance of disappointment. Have a rough idea of the services you are after - We recommend when scheduling your appointment to make sure you tell your stylist exactly everything you will want to be done. That is especially important if you are booking your appointment over a text message. That way your stylist can figure out how long the service will take and get right back to you with their available times. We understand these decisions are sometimes tricky, so if you arent entirely sure what you may need/want, we are always willing to assist. Be on time - Arriving on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, we will always do everything we can to accommodate you, however please keep in mind that if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not have time to complete the whole service, or in some cases will need to re schedule your booking. We look forward to hearing from all our new and existing wonderful clients.

01.01.2022 December is almost here, and with that in mind almost all 7 days of each week are completely booked. That’s right, Mindy is working around the clock to make sure we can keep all of our clients leaving fabulous! VERY short and limited appointments remain as we are already completely booked for our normal salon hours. As we value every person who visits and works within the salon we ask for all our amazing clients to please consider a few house keeping reminders. If you alrea...dy have your appointment booked and need to reschedule please give Mindy as much notice as possible. She will do her absolute best to shuffle things around, however with almost no spots left it makes it very difficult to find new appointments that simply don’t exist. No is a word she doesn’t use well and really doesn’t want to leave anyone feeling disappointed or left out. Unfortunately if less than 24hours notice is given to cancel/no show your appointment this will involve a $50 fee. We have already had to turn clients away who we simply cannot fit in, and would hate to be left with unwanted spaces we could have filled if more notice was given. Please be on time. All clients are scheduled to time slots with little room to move. If you are going to run late please message Mindy so she can organise things as best as she can in order to stay on schedule. Exceeding 15 minutes may mean your appointment will be compromised. Lastly, please use common sense and be mindful. All of our wonderful clients know that Mindy will always do her absolute best to make sure everybody is looked after and doesn’t miss out. With being 30 weeks pregnant and working 12+ hours day in day out we are already pushing the boundaries .
