23.01.2022 Good morning everyone, It's a slightly sad day for Vivi Goddess as we are forced back into shutdown for the next 6 weeks starting from midnight tonight. If you are after an appointment please call our salon on (03) 9885 4567 to speak to us directly for instant confirmation. ... We expect to be quite busy today so we are monitoring our phone line only. Once again we are extending our hours until the last customer is finished, so please give us a ring if you would like for us to fit you in. While we're saddened to temporarily close after seeing everyone for such a short period of time (a little over a month!) we are always so thankful for the love and support from our customers. It's been a long time but the good news is that government restrictions have been eased and our salon is able to resume trade from June 1st (YAY!) 11.01.2022 **UPDATED SALON T&Cs UPON RE-OPENING** Hi everyone, Thank you for your patience as we organise ourselves to re-open on Monday 1st June 2020. ... We have updated our salon terms & conditions that will be effective on this re-opening date, so please take a moment to read this list in order to understand the changes that will be taking place upon your visit to our salon. These have been implemented with the health and safety of our staff & customers in mind, and we appreciate your understanding in following these updated changes during this challenging time. KEY POINTS FOR UPDATED SALON TERMS & CONDITIONS EFFECTIVE JUNE 1st 2020 (see attached images for exhaustive list): > BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - NO WALK-INS Please book via phone, email or Facebook and wait for confirmation message (confirmation will be via call, text, email or FB message) > FACE MASK COMPULSORY A face mask must be worn at all times - a face mask will be provided if the customer does not have one > 10% PRICE INCREASE In line with surging running costs there will be a 10% price increase to our services in the interim. 08.01.2022 Hello everyone! It's been quite a while since you've heard from us (obviously we did *not* get to re-open after 6 weeks! ). You may be wondering about our re-opening with the easing of restrictions and a tentative date announced for 2 November (or 11.59pm on 1 November to be exact) by our Premier. ... As we are still awaiting news from this Sunday's press conference to determine whether we can open earlier, our family would like to reach out to our dear customers during this period to take booking REQUESTS... This request will be noted in our books and officially confirmed again when our opening date is announced by State Gov. Please send us a private Facebook message to put in a request for your service(s) and provide a preferable time and date. We will also be sending an update on our salon T&Cs shortly (so far we have decided we will no longer be charging a 10% price increase to cover COVID surcharges and face masks can no longer be provided to customers). 06.01.2022 It's likely to be a good press conference if our Premier is sporting North Face... We're very excited to be able to re-open on Wednesday after being closed these past couple of months! We will spend today processing this news, and await tomorrow's further instructions on re-opening. To all our customers who have reached out with requests, we will attempt to get back to everyone with booking confirmations by tomorrow or the day after. ... We will also be posting more information on our re-opening procedure, including updated T&Cs, so please keep an eye out for these updates. 04.01.2022 To our dear customers reaching out on social media to get some updates on our salon, While we did not expect that this will have to be our first post on our new page, dire circumstances have led us to its creation to keep in contact with as many of you as possible. Last night as you may have heard further restrictions were implemented by our government to combat COVID-19. These restrictions included the closing down of all nail and beauty salons. ... Therefore, our last trading day is TODAY (25th March Wednesday 2020). If you need to get on contact with us urgently please give us a ring on (03) 9885 4567.
