This is the time where it is easy to snuggle under the bedclothes, and only start moving when it's time to get up for work, or we go straight home from work because it's cold & skip our gym session. Can I advise you to not do this! The weather is beautiful right now, cold but sunny. change it up, go for a walk on the beach, combined with coming for pilates sessions of course! Remember you are getting someone who has a wealth of ...experience, 24 years in the fitness industry, 16 years as a pilates teacher, & now a clinical nutritionist. 07.01.2022 Well, I haven't been on here for a very long time. Too busy studying to promote! So for anyone looking here, I run clinical matwork pilates classes on Thursday nights at 8pm, and Saturday mornings @ 9.30am. I have been a pilates teacher for over 15 years, I've been in the fitness industry for over 20, and am about to qualify (In November, God willing!) as a Clinical Nutritionist. I am absolutely passionate about all aspects of your heath. I work as a personal trainer, so do one on one work too. Prices very reasonable. Look forward to meeting you in my classes one day!
