25.01.2022 An incredible place in India is the langar (kitchen) at the Sikhs holiest shrine, the Golden Temple. It is here that two hundred thousand rotis and 1.5 tonnes o...f dhal are served up daily. No one ever goes hungry and all religions are welcome to eat.The langar never stops and feeds an average of 100,000 people daily. Most helpers are volunteers. I got totally involved whilst there helping to make rotis, peeling garlic and pouring chai, among the things I enjoyed most were the gracious people who were happy to have their photos taken.#portraits #kindness #goodwill #magic See more
