There is a lot of healing to be done, especially in the beauty community where it is such a cut-throat industry. A lot of the time, us buisness owners often neglect ourselves, our mental health and general well-being. We work ridiculous hours to make ends meet and to feed the supply and demand. . I want to speak out about this... because I am guilty of not practicing what I preach. I always tell business owners alike, babe, take time off work, unwind, put yourself first I am guilty of not practicing this matra on myself. . It is the time for us business owners to take a step back and realise that WE are people too. As much as we love our business, we must remember to love ourselves first and to RADIATE positivity into the community, not hate, or jealousy. We are all on our own paths.
