Irrespective of what I had to say, I could tell the customer was understandably reserved. He had every intention to sel...l the car once it was repaired due to the crash thinking it just never would look the same. After receiving the parts from Germany, we got stuck in and had his car back to him within 5 days. I managed to strike a deal with his insurance company to allow us to upgrade his headlamps to the clear flasher style versus the outdated amber flasher style lamps he previously had fitted. When the customer came to collect his vehicle, his jaw dropped. Not only did we upgrade his headlamps for him, we went ABOVE and BEYOND what other shops would do. We cut and polished his entire vehicle free of charge and had it detailed prior to collection. That day we gained a customer for life. An Ozone treatment is the use of the gas ozone (O3) to remove odors, bacteria, and viruses. Our technician will place an ozone generator in your vehicle for a designated amount of time, depending on the size of the vehicle. As the gas permeates your car, any bacteria and viruses are killed.
