We have asked Vicki a few questions for you to get to know her, and her business better. 1.How long has VJ Nails and Beauty been operating for and why did you open your business? I have been operating for 22 years so you don’t need to know my age! I opened the business purely because I loved what I did but also to pamper and look after clients". 2.What makes your business different from other salons? I think what makes me different would be that I do strive for perfection, giving 110% to every client with having great attention to detail for each individual. My aim is to make sure people feel like a million dollars walking out the door and come back to make further bookings. Being completely booked out shows that you’re doing something right! I also don’t like copying other salons, so another thing that sets me apart is how my salon is styled". 3.What is the most rewarding part of your job? Making people feel relaxed, pampered and beautiful. It’s definitely the way that I make clients feel especially when they walk out of the door. 4.How would you describe VJ Nails and Beauty in one word? Personalised. 5.Where do you see your business in the future? Hopefully having more staff! I’ve been really busy so things are looking up! I want you to know that the health & wellbeing of all of my clients is very important to me & I will endevour to keep up to date with the strict guidelines made by the NSW government. If you could please do the same & if you are feeling unwell or have been near a hotspot then please re-schedule your appointment. ... Please keep up with sanitizing your hands with the hand sanitizer that I have provided before entering the salon & again when you are inside. Please remember to social distance & if you want to then feel free to wear a mask if you have one. I am wearing my mask at every single treatment & changing constantly ,I still have the screen guards at the nail table & reception desk. And I am very strict with cleaning after every client leaves. So please bear with me as this takes a little longer then normal. Thank you so much for your patience & understanding, together if we all do our bit this will hopefully go as quick as it came!
