21.01.2022 We are busy picking for the community garden market in Warrnambool this afternoon 3:30-6:30pm. Our spray free strawberries are sweeter than ever this season. Come along and treat yourself!! Gotta go... Still a lot of strawberries to pick.

21.01.2022 How was your sunday sleep in? We have been up well before dawn picking a huge range of fresh produce for the market today. Here are some sensational sugar loaf cabbages and cauliflower. 20.01.2022 Yay!! Garlic harvest has commenced for the season!! This means we should have spray free Volcano Produce garlic for sale around the beginning of December. Not long now!!!

20.01.2022 We are busy picking garlic scapes today!! Beautiful and crunchy like fresh asparagus with a garlic twist. We have many trays of scapes available (just like the one shown in the plot below). $15/tray if anyone is interested. There is a lot in a tray - enough to keep anyone busy pickling or preserving for a while. Garlic scapes also freeze really well. Perhaps someone knows a local restaurant that may want some? Scapes will be in season throughout October. Just send us a message if you would like some.

19.01.2022 Freshly picked garlic scapes available at our roadside stall for the next month or so!! These scapes are the flower stem of the garlic plant. They are crunchy like fresh asparagus but with a garlic zing! The garlic flavour mellows when cooked. Just cut the flower top off and eat the stem part. Our favourite is just saute in a frypan for a minute with some olive oil and salt. Magnificent!! You gotta try it!!

08.01.2022 Garlic salt and dehydrated garlic flakes available NOW from our roadside stall!! This is new season garlic grown SPRAY FREE at our farm at Tower Hill. These flakes have genuine hot garlic zing that can be used in place of fresh garlic. You can also eat them just as they are, or sprinkle them on salads for a punchy flavour bomb! They are delicious!!!! The garlic salt combines our dehydrated garlic flakes and Australian sea salt in a grinder. Garlic heaven. Wonderful on everything from scrambled eggs and salads, to sandwiches and stir frys. You gotta try it! Available every day at our roadside stall - 626 Prince's Hwy illowa (Tower Hill).
