25.01.2022 Unlike other gyms where you’re just a number and the coaches don't care, at Volume Fitness we are dedicated to helping our clients get the best results through quality coaching and a high level of accountability. #coacheswhocare

24.01.2022 Don’t get lost in the crowd! Crowded classes lead to a lack of attention from coaches. Even the best of coaches can’t physically keep their eyes on a big group and spend time personally coaching every client in the class. ... Our small group classes are the perfect fit for those who value a high level of coaching. Link in bio to learn more. See more

24.01.2022 Our vision is clear. There's two kinds of people in this world when you boil it all down. You got your talkers and you got your doers. Most people are just talkers, all they do is talk. But when it is all said and done, it's the doers that change this world. And when they do that, they change us, and that's why we never forget them. 2020 has been different. But it’s the year of game changers and action takers. At Volume Fitness we are doers, our vision has never ...been clearer and the best is yet to come. #mindsetmonday See more

This allows us to provide more tailored programming to suit each clients needs. ... But more importantly, the smaller group increases the amount of time our coaches get to spend with each client. Our primary focus is to provide a high level of coaching. See more

14.01.2022 THE FEELING OF STRENGTH TRAINING Men and women who do strength training understand that strength is not just about the look, It’s a feeling. It is the feeling of POWER, the ability to withstand PRESSURE and the ability to overcome CHALLENGES. It will give you a new found self CONFIDENCE. ... Whilst this sounds great, many men and women are still frustrated. They read it about. They are inspired. They want the results. But they aren't sure if they are doing it right. This is one of those areas of fitness you really shouldn’t do alone. If you really want to lift heavy, you need to lift correctly. Especially if you are a newbie. Teaching yourself to back squat, deadlift, bench press and power clean just never ends well. You need a coach. So will strength training make me look sexy? Some people will pursue strength training because they find the results aesthetically appealing. That’s great too. You can and should influence the way you want to look by using proven principles of training. But once again, you do need to use a knowledgeable coach to get your desired results. 08.01.2022 Does your gym have an onboarding program? I believe any gym that offers high skill movements in a group setting must have one. I’m against throwing beginners into a group training environment without laying the proper training foundations first. ... Technique is important for achieving long term sustainable results.
