18.01.2022 Only a few spots left for our Fathers Day Breakfast on August 31st! Come hear from Richmond FC CEO, Brendon Gale, and renowned Tassie cricketer, George Bailey..., while enjoying a big breakfast and of course wonderful company- all for a great cause. Thanks to our venue hosts and fantastic supporters, DJ Motors - and our Major sponsors, Ford Scott Financial Planning Pty Ltd!! Save the Children couldnt do what we do without the support of local business like yours.
17.01.2022 We hope that you arent one of the 2.5 million Aussies who buys toys every month, apparently spending an average of $80. Per. Month! They feel that toy clutter ...has taken over their lives. We can see how that would add up fast. Wed suggest to ABC Australia that the best way to stop over-consumption is before it starts. Invest in a toy library membership when bubs is an infant and youll be set right into primary school. Save that money for experiences and quality open ended materials that you child will use for longer. There are some good insights in this article from Maggie Dent on reclaiming your space and analysing why we buy and keep unnecessary things, but our best advice is find a toy library and start benefiting today! https://www.toylibraries.org.au/find-a-toy-library See more
