25.01.2022 Holidays aren’t an excuse to go completely slack! Of course it’s downtime so don’t feel guilty if you miss a day or two or only do light activity like walking. But in this day and age there’s gyms literally everywhere! Even hotel gyms/body weight workouts as we discovered during lockdown that you can do at your hotel/bnb. Even half an hr is better than nothing. I chose Goodlife Health Clubs Australia on Edward St where I’ll be doing my Les Mills training this weekend and I could not recommend it enough! The staff are very helpful and the facility is very clean and has a great variety of equipment. Overall though enjoy your holidays but be mindful of your physical activity. We all know what happens on holidays stays on holidays

18.01.2022 Second track in progress - Twists on the way So grateful to have a gym facility and two mentors to help me with my training. Definitely helps keep me on track, just need to work on technique while talking not as easy as I thought it would be. I had to restart twists as I had a hiccup but like anything you fall off and you get back up again, we’re all imperfectly perfect as my Les Mills coach says

01.01.2022 Les Mills Body balance IMT day 1 + 2 done and dusted! The course in itself was motivating and challenging (who knew that much yoga, tai chi and Pilates in 48 hrs would make you this sore ). Can’t wait to see you all again in 8 weeks for the final day! Thank you guys for being such a great group to work with and thank you to our wonderful coach Libby!
