22.01.2022 This time we created a video to keep adding to the personal brand of @alexgeefitness and @stevieehale while crushing an #EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) Workout. This is tough stuff! The intention when creating this type of content is to be a fly on the wall, no interruptions, no posing, just do your thing, and we'll do our best to capture the essence of it.
