24.01.2022 So my last council meeting tonight and a meeting that went as any other. The meeting at its closure enabled those elected members retiring and those up for election a time to reflect on the years that they have given in the service of our City. We have so many fantastic councillors that for some its an end of an era the legacy left will be ongoing. Thanks Ron as Mayor a leader thru and thru a loss to the CKB, Lisa M an inspirational going places young lady, Beth R just an a...ll round fantastic person always hang off your words, Amanda C willing to take it up to the best and fight the good fight Albany has no idea what is coming, Mandy R our pocket rocket that has so much up and go wow tourism has been the big winner, Mick Mc a person that has the residents at heart always thinking outside the box willing to have a crack, Suzie W so analytical so planned so detailed again wow an inspiration. Roll on Saturday 17th wishing all the best and for those that do become our new council Remember serve our city well. Wayne

Returns as per the Electoral Office website # of packages sent 15322 As of 13/10/15. ... # of packages returned 3403 thats 22.21% of total If you havent voted please do so and encourage those you know to also vote You can drop your vote off to the council office or your nearest post box. 18.01.2022 The Goldfields Oasis a great asset to our community. But does anyone know what it costs to run in providing this brilliant facility?? Those running for election need to make some hard calls on all council run facilities.

The issue of Bullying has certainly been a discussion forum over the last few weeks, but the issue is greater than the story being told. We need your support to stamp out the bullying in our schools and work places. Share Stormys videos, the greater exposure the better.
