25.01.2022 Did you miss this on Channel 9, here is another reason why I am proud to live and work in the city of Logan. I am #LOGANBOY. https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=IPWzPYAmp3Y
24.01.2022 I believe that junior sport in our community needs a champion. If elected, I will be that champion. We need someone who is prepared to work with our clubs to develop them and our facilities to ensure as many kids as possible are given the opportunity to participate in junior sport. I look forward to working with Logan City Rugby Union Club to make 2016 the best it can possibly be. Hope as many as possible get along to the signon days to back this great club. Will see you there!
24.01.2022 Are you a small business owner, not-for-profit organisation or just someone who has a great idea that you want to turn into a business opportunity? If so, then ...join us and industry experts for a one day workshop. We will help you talk about your business ideas and you will leave with at least One Contact, One Idea and One Action.
23.01.2022 How long can I be silent for? Government, terrorism, greediness, the so cold intelligence! What does it take to understand that the world is not taking the rig...ht direction? Should I just remain silent because I have a good job, I have some cash in my account and my kids attend school and are healthy? Should I just be satisfied the fact I am healthy and strong today and have not been exposed to any life threatening incident? I am tired. I am really tired. I think about the future of my children in this messed up world. I think about world peace. I am not happy. The world is mourning innocent lives every single day. Unfortunately, some part of the world is even ignored and thousands are dying unreported. Some think the worlds problem is ISLAM. And this is where the problem hide. We have recently witnessed the election of very estrange individuals in key leadership positions around the world. We have seen the BREXIT, and the election of Trump. But also the election of Macron in France. In Australia, we have witnessed the rise of One Nation and their leader (I have never had the confidence of mentioning her name). We have also seen some most disturbing facts arising in this so called One Nation. Multiple allegations but anyways, this may be a topic for next time. What are we learning? NOTHING. Do you need a degree to understand whats currently happening around the world is not related to a RELIGION? May be NOT. When a drug smuggler returns to Australia after escaping death sentence, the country shakes. ITS THE MOTH OF RAMADAN. Do you know what does that mean? Holy Month. A month that even those very stupid who dont take their faith seriously, remain HOLY throughout the month. I may not be the good person to explain this. If you want to understand more may be talk to the family that just moved into your street and you wish they could just move somewhere else because they appear to be Muslims. Whats surprising enough, is that, Muslims around the world, have tried to denounce terrorism and striving to show the world that this doesnt have anything to do with their faith. We dont understand because every time it happens again, we think if they were no Islam, this wouldnt happen. We are not asking ourselves question like why is it even happening during the Holy month? The faith forbid killing. Its even worse and unislamic to kill during the holy month. Multiple terrorist incidents have been reported around the world this holy month. Those killed most have been MUSLIMS. Where is the problem here? ISLAM? Or something else? I am praying for the world without GOVERNMENT. Are we safe? Probably not. Are they approaching this issue correctly? Probably NO. Do we all need to take Guns? The questions come who should we fight against? ISIS or world leaders? Young people born in western countries are being radicalised and commit terrorist acts. I am TIRED. I AM Tired the fact; we go as far as Thinking KILLING THE KILLER is the SOLUTION to current worlds problem. Countries spend millions to send troops to kills ISIS in the middle east. Millions is being spent in local intelligence. Is it solving the problem? We have all seen the case of UK, not at all. Innocent lives are being taken daily. Raising terror threat, how safe does that make us? Not at all. They raise it and tell us, we should not be worried. We should continue with our normal lives. No. When they are in public places, they come with their security agents, the place will be very well scanned and they are safe. What happen if you are attending the VIVID light in Sydney? Who scans the place before you arrive? Who checks all the bags in the city for your safety? When you are attending a local event in my neighbourhood in Yarrabilba, who comes there to scan the place? I am TIRED. Do you kill a Killer to think you solve the problem? How many have been killed and its not solving the problem? What kind of lessons are we giving our children? What else do we need to see to understand that terrorism does not have anything to do with ISLAM? And this problem should be approached differently both in our communities and politically? I am Just Tired. I cant see peace around me. I am uncomfortable going to public places. I am a survivor of war and dont like exposing myself to any form of danger. I am tired. They are not protecting us. They protect themselves and their families. We are all becoming victims of our own loyalty and silence. I AM TIRED. THE ANSWERS IS THERE BUT BEING IGONERED
21.01.2022 With 10 weeks to go we need to get our signs up around the division and get our volunteers together for election day and the run up to election day. If you can have a sign in your yard, volunteer some time or donate - please click on the link below.
20.01.2022 The dream of citizenship is one I am proud to have achieved. It cost me my chance at standing in this election today. However, I am proud as an Australian to be going to a voting booth today for the first time in my life to cast a vote in a fair and free election. I am proud to fulfill my civic duty as an Australian and vote for the first time. I look forward to doing it today and many more times into the future (and in 4 years for myself).
20.01.2022 I am a proud supporter of SEQ Basketball and of the Souths Logan Magpies in the Intrust Super Cup. We need to bring the Magpies back to playing games in Logan. Its teams like this that play on statewide or national stages that truly put Logan on the map and bring pride to our city - not just a Council logo and billboards.
19.01.2022 Yesterday I was hosted by Imam Alvi at the Ahmadiyya Mosque at Stockleigh for Celebrate Australia Day. The team gave me an insight of their faith and the work they do in our community. They delivered powerful speeches especially from young people. Special thanks to Attaul Waris and the team for the invitation.
19.01.2022 Looking forward to joining these great ladies for this great event!
18.01.2022 Friends, supporters of change and believers of the wealth of our Australian Diversity, I know this article will shock most of you, but I do believe things happen for a reason. I do however hope this will be an inspiration to other people with similar backgrounds as myself, those who still don't believe that this is our home, to know that we have chances to achieve our dreams. Mine may have not come true this time but I can say for certain that I have tried and it's possible. Let's all not be too proud to not only cheer for others but understand that we can also be cheered for. I have officially pulled out of the race but I can certainly promise that I'll be back in 4 years. I would like to thank you all for your support and encouraging words.
18.01.2022 Had a great time this morning at the Aussie themed Berrinba parkrun today! Great event that I am proud to support and will champion if elected in March.
17.01.2022 One thing that struck my heart out of everything since my arrival late 2011 is being accepted as a new citizen. I have had opportunities to work hard and will continue so I can provide my children what I didn't get but also working toward ensuring we develop our community. It is an honour to be part of this community and will always continue to work hard for an accepting community and raise awareness around the importance of our cultural diversity because that's what make us strong, United and who we are.
17.01.2022 This is a fantastic initiative from the SEQ Basketball Stars for tonight's Australia Day game at Logan Metro Sports Centre!
17.01.2022 I had a privilege to return to St Francis Xavier Run away Bay in Coast and speak with their Grade 6 students. I once again inspired these young fellows and shar...e the message of love and unity. It's now three years I am speaking with the grade 6 of this school around August. This is absolutely among things that make my work fun and very rewarding. Guess what? I met 3 sets of twins in Grade 6. #Lovingbeingafatheroftwins #sharinglifestory See more
15.01.2022 My first #BlaiseBlog of 2016 as the campaign heats up for Division 5. I look forward to seeing as many people as possible at this great Berrinba parkrun event! I will be there, Aussie cricket jersey and all!
14.01.2022 These guys are great news stories to come out of Marsden State High School right in the heart of Division 5. I certainly look forward to cheering them on as their careers develop in the NRL - National Rugby League

09.01.2022 Friends, supporters, the time has come for all of us to come together united and say NO to Domestic Violence. On the 25 November the Logan community will have an opportunity to express their displeasure with Domestic Violence. Please join us.
08.01.2022 Was great last night to be back out at Logan Metro Sports Centre for the first 2016 round of the Logan Pride Futsal tournament. I love being a part of this event. These are great people you meet. Lots of different personalities and backgrounds!
06.01.2022 This is good and Logan should be benefiting from it. However, we have a Council bureaucracy that doesn't want to deal with organisations such as this who want to evolve away from being "pale, male and stale"....
06.01.2022 Congratulations to all in the Australian of the Year awards, including Australian of the Year former army chief David Morrison.
05.01.2022 Proud to join the team to celebration 5 years Celebration of Good News Ministry Inc. The team with host Pastor Deborah Mwenze is a great leader and I am proud to be involved.

03.01.2022 Such a very powerful story
03.01.2022 I have never joined a political party and don't have one. My beliefs, values, views and sense of humour dictate how I vote. I know it's difficult for many regular Australian to actively keep up with politics and understand each Political Party's policies. How do you vote? You get in there and fill the numbers out? Or you choose the most easily readable name?... Or the most colourful How to Vote is usually yours first preference? Make your vote valuable. We all have the power and responsibility to shape the future of this great and beautiful country we all call home and that's start appropriately voting. Do you still wonder who will you vote for? Follow the link bellow and respond to these questions to know which Political Parties you will vote for and how your views and belief align with their Policies. Happy voting to everyone. Good luck to our local and National candidates.
03.01.2022 Dear Australian politics, I have looked into you and you keep amazing me. In other nations, smart and somehow educated individuals are usually the best politicians and often described most powerful politicians. ... You amaze me because, we see you differently in this country. You have a different colour and smell. You even behave strangely and ridiculously. One only become elected and powerful when they preach hate against Muslims, migrants and refugees. How cool are you? To be continued ....
03.01.2022 My thoughts on Australia Day and what Australia means to me... #AustraliaDay #qldpol #VoteBlaise

02.01.2022 I have completed my civic duty. "Just to be clear, the KAP flyer appears very visible in my hands. But so you know, I collected flyers from all candidates it's just the KAP was too big than the other.l"
01.01.2022 Had a great time with the family watching the SEQ Basketball Stars play last night at Logan Metro. Unfortunately they lost but they truly made Logan proud. Was great to catch up with some of them and Coach Shane Heal after the game.

01.01.2022 Today is a special day in my life as I become a citizen of this great country. I have fought long and hard to get to this point. I want to thank my friends and family for supporting me today.
