24.01.2022 BRING BACK VERGE JUNK COLLECTION! It seems to me the majority of people, including myself, would like to see the verge junk collection reinstated. If I am elected I will certainly be pushing for this as I believe the City of Joondalup should be listening to what the rate payers actually want and not what they dictate that the rate payers should have.

23.01.2022 TIME FOR A CHANGE! You may have seen my posters popping up around the place. I am a local resident who has lived in Kingsley for over 30 years. I am very concerned about some of the decisions being made by the current City of Joondalup councillors on behalf of the rate payers and have decided to make a stand: SAY NO to rate rises for at least 2 years and then maximum CPI thereafter enough is enough SAY NO to over development in our suburbs SAY NO to wasteful spending by the City including $70 million on a Performing Arts Centre SAY YES to accountability and transparency in decision making

21.01.2022 The proliferation of high rise developments elsewhere in the City of Joondalup is of great concern to myself and other local residents. I do not want to see homes in Kingsley & Greenwood overshadowed in this way.

15.01.2022 I have lived in the Kingsley area for over 30 years and am a devoted husband to Sally and a proud father to Ashleigh & Emma. Both my daughters were students at Dalmain Primary School and our whole family has been involved in the local netball community for many years.

15.01.2022 A big thank you to Michele Kwok and Cherie Allardice from the Petition for City of Joondalup regarding the use of Glyphosate in our parks and play areas. It was a very informative afternoon and hopefully we can find a way to stop or at least minimise the use of this controversial product within the City of Joondalup.

09.01.2022 I am committed to animal welfare and a supporter of the RSPCA. As a dog owner myself I enjoy walking in the local area and parks.

07.01.2022 I am standing for NO RATE INCREASES for at least the next year and thereafter never greater than CPI. Did you know over the past 11 years the City of Joondalup has lifted rates by 58% whilst inflation has only caused an increase of 21%. All current councillors except the deputy mayor voted for the last increase! I also say a big NO to junkets the council want to go on like the recent trip to China - when they returned they wanted to spend another $2.1 million of ratepayers money on a Chinese garden!

06.01.2022 Another example of the City of Joondalup’s OUT OF CONTROL SPENDING! Back in May, the City of Joondalup recommended that a ‘Chinese Garden’ be created in Central Park at a cost of $2.1m! I believe this money should be spent on more meaningful projects that would benefit far more rate payers.
