25.01.2022 Hi everyone, it's been a very stressful last couple of weeks with demo preparation, and I think we can all agree that we need a day of fun and relaxation . Join us on the 29th of September at Cambell Hill Pioneer Reserve for our annual Vovinam Picnic! There will be plenty of food and games for everyone to enjoy on the day. We hope to see you all there!

16.01.2022 CHESTER HILL IS OFFICIALLY REOPENING! WHEN? Starting this Friday the 31st of July. TIME? The usual 6:30-8:30pm class. WHERE? Chester Hill Community Centre... With the increase of cases coming up in the past few weeks, we will be further enforcing strict hygienic practices such as asking students to wash their hands and sanitise regularly. Temperature checks will also be taken for each individual entering the hall. We understand if some may feel concerned with the current situation, however we are doing everything possible to ensure everyone's health and safety by coordinating with Bankstown Council's COVID-19 Safety committee. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and recover so you can join us healthy and strong next week! Hope to see you guys back this Friday for some intense training and fun!

12.01.2022 Hey guys! We hope everyone has been staying safe during these troubling times. With some COVID-19 laws relaxing, allowing for full contact sporting, we are ready to get back into action starting on the 7th of July! Some precautionary actions will be in place to ensure the saftey of students and their families at home. This includes the implementation of:... - Sanitisation of facilities and equipment after training - Monitoring of student wellbeing during class, where students showing symptoms of being unwell will be advised to go/remain home - Encouragement of maintenance of hygiene during and after class Bankstown class will be officially starting back up NEXT TUESDAY! Please stay tuned for further information for Chester Hill and Cabravale classes. We hope everyone is excited as we are for the resumption of training and can't wait to see everyone very soon!

09.01.2022 IT'S OFFICIAL, CABRAVALE CLASSES ARE BACK ON THIS WEEK! That means two halls are coming back, Bankstown and now Cabravale! If you forgot when and where, here's the information to refresh your memory. BANKSTOWN CLASS:... - When? Tuesday 07/07/2020 at 6:30pm. - Where? The Salvation Army Bankstown Community Church - 42 Raymond St, Bankstown. CABRAVALE CLASS: - When? Wednesday 08/07/2020 and Friday 10/07/2020 at 4:30pm. - Where? Cabravale Leisure Centre - 30 Broomfield St, Cabramatta. With both classes opening up again this week, we encourage all who can come to join and have a fun time! With school holidays starting there's no better time to start up, come in and have a sweat, get active and stay warm. For those anxious to get back in, safety measures are put in place (as stated in previous post), ensuring the safety of students and their families at home. If you're worried about how you forgot some curriculum it's OK! We are going back to basics after 4 months off to get our bodies moving like how they used to! Hope to see all you Bankstown and Cabravale students there this week!

06.01.2022 As many of you know, the spread of Coronavirus has been affecting many people around the world and it is in our best interest to reduce the spread as much as we can. We are very sad to say that ALL Vovinam classes in Bankstown, Cabramatta and Chester Hill will be CLOSED until further notice for the safety for all our students and their families! Remember to wash/sanitise your hands regularly, and avoid touching your face. We will announce when classes will commence again once we deem the situation is safe enough for our students.
