19.01.2022 Where to begin?!! What an absolutely epic day we all had on Saturday the 28th of November at the 4th Annual CRN Southern Cross Australia Feis. Here is a small selection of photos snapped by the amazing Justin Langford. ... Our dancers competed live in front of adjudicator Charmaine Chase ADCRN against 231 dancers from all around the world who entered via video submission. A huge shout out to Tom Somogyi and Fordtronic AV for the amazing audio visual set up that allowed us to see the talents of Irish dancers from overseas. The wonderful Mary O’Connor and Leevi Graham gave up 17 hours of their day to be the scrutineers and collate all the scores from the entire weekend. The most beautiful Sarah Wenham spent the whole day running around after our team and made sure everyone had what they needed. Marieclaire, Clare, Jessica and Jaye have been working tirelessly along with the SCAF Committee to ensure our dancers could be part of this unique experience. We are very proud of our dancers and the committee for what we have accomplished in such a short time in this very unpredictable year. A big congratulations to all the competitors especially our Voyage of Irish Dance family.

06.01.2022 Our dancers had a BIG day participating in the live sections of the Darwin Halloween Feis. We zoomed in to the soft shoe sections this afternoon/evening. 06.01.2022 The SCA Feis committee have been working closely with CRN to organise the 4th Annual Southern Cross Australia Feis. Save the date for the 28th of November!! Voyage of Irish Dance students can participate in person and we hope to have interstate and international dancers as digital participants!! Very exciting times. 05.01.2022 We have 13 dancers entering the Darwin Open Halloween feis via video entry and some will be live on zoom on the 31st of October! (Shout out to Orla not pictured here!) Over the last 2 weeks we have been recording our dancers at the end of classes each night and we are very proud of their commitment and willingness to participate in this interesting world of online dance competitions.
