10.01.2022 Adam has been providing life coaching in a ministry and life context for the past 5 years, adding to this he is nearly finished his training to become a counselor. He will be a qualified counsellor at the end of May 2020, so at this stage, he is limited to life coaching but will soon be venturing into working within the counseling industry. In this area of life coaching, he has had great success. One of Adam's greatest passions is helping people move past the barriers in li...fe that hinder them from success in the area they are working on. Adam has a diverse set of skills that he has gained from life experience as a teenager facing parental splits, drug abuse and a lifestyle of brokenness which he has pulled himself out of, this has been through learning a wide range of methods that have had a positive impact on the course of his life.

06.01.2022 Eric has been a Gippslander since moving here in 1980. He has studied Psychology and Business Management at Monash and Victoria Universities and proceeded to work as a Lecturer in Business Management and Marketing and as a Psychologist/Consultant in Private Practice and Community Services. This provides him with a unique perspective especially when dealing with clients who are looking for someone to have a quick understanding of their work situation and the variables that can... impact an employee. Passionate about people becoming the best they can be and with a focus on personal, relationships and organisational change the move back into private practice recently was a natural fit. Eric has over 20 years’ experience as a counsellor and is certified in ACT, CBT Coaching Psychology, as well as EMDR. Using evidence based therapeutic interventions to inform his day-to-day practice, a long history working in community services and with numerous corporates, Eric has a breadth of insight into where clients might find themselves in life and to link them to the appropriate supports, tools and strategies that will assist them change from where they are to where they want to be. Eric is solution focused in his work and his strength lies in working with clients to understand their situation and implement effective strategies and skills. Eric’s former clients include, CEOs of major organisations, Pensioners, senior executives, mums, dads, couples, ADF and emergency services personnel. Eric has a keen interest in social preneurial pursuits including, how to generate employment for local people by bringing in money from outside the area through local enterprise initiatives. He is an author and has written a book on separation and divorce with an emphasis on the best outcomes for children and parents, which has been a passion for over a decade.



03.01.2022 Bruce takes pride in being a third generation Gippslander. He grew up in Traralgon and studied for his undergraduate degree (Psychology and Business Management) at Monash University Gippsland and had a successful career as a senior management level in the Latrobe Valley Power Industry before deciding to ‘hang up his shingle’ as a Psychologist, Bruce has the ‘lived experience’ of not only participating in organisational change, but of leading it for 15 years. Bruce’s family... where successful business and farming people, and Bruce himself was a volunteer officer in the CFA for 10 years. This has served him well in supporting other emergency service workers as part of his work as a Psychologist, including not only ambos, but fire fighters and police officers in critical incidents and trauma situations. Bruce has proven leadership skills and over 20 years’ experience as Psychologist, and is highly sort for his work particularly in the areas of treatment of PTSD, WorkCover cases and workplace conflict. Amongst Bruce’s greatest strength is his ability to be able to engage and support people of all kinds, all genders, all ages, from the very bottom to the very top of organisations and ‘talk their language’. He prides himself on his authenticity, and is highly motivated to assist people achieve the best outcomes for their mental health, relationships and careers which has been his passion now for over two decades.
