21.01.2022 VPS Family, In light of the government easing the restrictions of indoor activities starting June 22nd, we can see a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel with the resumption of our VPS League. Unfortunately we don’t have any concrete dates, as we are currently working with Dandenong Basketball Association and will let you know any news as soon as we receive it. We can’t wait to see you all back on the court, with smiles on your faces, enjoying basketball once again.... 04.01.2022 Unfortunately, VPS basketball competition will not be able to play at this current time. We understand that this is disappointing, however we trust that you understand the difficult position that is upon all of us at this time. We are aware of the uncertainty relating to start times/dates however, we will work with all parties to ensure an effective and smooth transition when basketball starts again. 02.01.2022 VPS Basketball Families, Players and Coaches, Due to a range of factors including Dandenong Rangers tryouts (mid-Dec), spectator limitations on games played pre-Xmas, VPS Basketball League will now commence on Friday Feb 5th, 2021 (the 2nd Friday of Term 1). The final game for Term 1 will be March 26th, 2021. REGISTER YOUR INTEREST FOR A TEAM IN TERM 1, 2021 NOW.... Registration will be FREE for all players who register for Term 1. New teams any new team that joins VPS Basketball League in Term 1 will be provided free training uniforms (NOT playing uniforms). The free VPS Basketball League playing uniforms that players keep, will be provided for those new teams in Term 2 if they register for Term 2.
