25.01.2022 The Barring Djinang Career Development Program is a unique career coaching and development program for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanders who work in the Victorian public sector. Since 2017, over 100 public sector staff have done the program and developed their skills and career. Heres what Mitchell Skuta, from the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, told us about his experience: ... I found the tailored one-on-one coaching sessions to be highly beneficial to my career development. My coach not only provided me with amazing support throughout the program, they also taught me valuable techniques which have helped me increase my skills and grow more confident moving forward in my career.
