Disorientation can definitely happen if using cheaper VR systems (e.g. phone-based cardboard). However, this is much less likely to occur in the high-end VR systems we use (HTC Vive Pros). Moreover, the majority of our VR titles are fine for most customers - with only a few specific apps having ...a significant chance of disorientation. 15.01.2022 Just to let you know that we will be remaining open as per our normal operating hours here at VR-ARRIVAL. We've always been vigilant with keeping our equipment and centre clean and sanitised and will be extra vigilant in light of the COVID19 situation to ensure that all our customers are as safe as possible. As an indoor experience, we believe we are a very safe alternative with only limited number of patrons involved within a very large area, who only interact in the Virtua...l world! To re-assure our customers, we would like to highlight the following: We have an average maximum number of people in the centre at any one time of 10 people in a 200 square meter venue, ensuring more than adequate social distancing. We use SINGLE-USE disposable face shields on ALL of our Vive Pro headsets. We use anti-bacterial wipes BEFORE and AFTER each session on the controllers and headset. We have Hospital-grade Antibacterial Gel to use before and after your session. All common surfaces are thoroughly and hygienically cleaned on a regular basis during the day. We even have plenty of Toilet Paper!!! We ask that our guests be diligent in supporting us to maintain our high standards of hygiene and that they stay home if unwell in any way. We will waive any cancellation period fees and are happy to extend any vouchers as requested by our customers. AT VR-ARRIVAL, we have the best VR experiences and we want all of our guests to feel safe and enjoy their time here. With all of our measures in place, we believe that our location continues to be a very safe choice for family entertainment! Disorientation can definitely happen if using cheaper VR systems (e.g. phone-based cardboard). However, this is much less likely to occur in the high-end VR systems we use (HTC Vive Pros). Moreover, the majority of our VR titles are fine for most customers - with only a few specific apps having ...a significant chance of disorientation. 04.01.2022 Great news - with the easing of restrictions announced yesterday, we are thrilled to be back open from next Saturday (6th)!!! We've missed having everyone in for their VR fix and look forward to seeing you all back again soon! Bookings are now OPEN! We've always been vigilant with keeping our equipment and centre clean and sanitised and will be extra vigilant in light of the COVID19 situation to ensure that all our customers are as safe as possible. As an indoor experience,... we believe we are a very safe alternative with only limited number of patrons involved within a very large area, who only interact in the Virtual world! To re-assure our customers, we would like to highlight the following: We have an average maximum number of people in the centre at any one time of 20 people in a 200 square meter venue, ensuring more than adequate social distancing. We use SINGLE-USE disposable face shields on ALL of our Vive Pro headsets. We use anti-bacterial wipes BEFORE and AFTER each session on the controllers and headset. We have Hospital-grade Antibacterial Gel to use before and after your session. All common surfaces are thoroughly and hygienically cleaned on a regular basis during the day. We even have plenty of Toilet Paper!!! We ask that our guests be diligent in supporting us to maintain our high standards of hygiene and that they stay home if unwell in any way. We will waive any cancellation period fees and are happy to extend any vouchers as requested by our customers. AT VR-ARRIVAL, we have the best VR experiences and we want all of our guests to feel safe and enjoy their time here. With all of our measures in place, we believe that our location continues to be a very safe choice for family entertainment! We will of course continue to monitor the conditions and take advice from the relevant authorities regarding our operation and will endeavour to give patrons as much notice as possible if there are any changes to our normal operating hours.
