24.01.2022 Due to the recent announcements linked with the COVID-19 virus, the staff of VR Plus would like to formally address all current and future customers, in regards to the additional measures being performed to ensure your health and safety from COVID-19. We have always taken hygiene and safety both of personnel and equipment very seriously. As an entertainment centre, we are fortunate in our setup that customers have their own individual bay, safe from potential interference... of other people and potential contagions. However, over the past fortnight we have ramped up our procedures to help ensure health and safety. Our headsets and controllers are thoroughly disinfected before and after every session with Dettol wipes, along with intermittent cleaning of reception benches, locker bays and used furniture. The VR Plus staff will routinely apply hand sanitiser before equipment demonstrations and after handling cash. For anyone who walks into our store, we offer both hand santiser and Dettol wipes at our reception desk for you to disinfect and ensure protection not only for yourself but others around. If our staff believe that any customer or spectator is showing symptoms of the Coronavirus, or the common flu, VR Plus reserves the right to refuse service to those persons to maintain the safety of our staff and customers. In addition, if you have an imminent, upcoming booking with us and feel you are at risk of COVID or believe there’s a chance you have it, we offer this opportunity to reschedule your session, preferably with at least 48-hours notice, at no extra cost. We will be monitoring the situation and provide further information of upcoming changes to our operations in the coming days. We thank you for your continued support and understanding.
