25.01.2022 Why are they selling poppies, Mummy? Selling poppies in town today. The poppies, child, are flowers of love. For the men who marched away.... But why have they chosen a poppy, Mummy? Why not a beautiful rose? Because my child, men fought and died In the fields where the poppies grow. But why are the poppies so red, Mummy? Why are the poppies so red? Red is the colour of blood, my child. The blood that our soldiers shed. The heart of the poppy is black, Mummy. Why does it have to be black? Black, my child, is the symbol of grief. For the men who never came back. But why, Mummy are you crying so? Your tears are giving you pain. My tears are my fears for you my child. For the world is forgetting again..... At 11am on the 11th day of the 11th month, please Pause, Reflect & Remember those who have paid the Ultimate Sacrifice for the Freedom we have in our beautiful country today, Australia!!!! 21.01.2022 Race 2 Completed.... A slightly better finish with a 14th out of a 20 car field. Race 3 up soon to finish off the day & then 2 races tomorrow, so we hope to see y'all at The Bend Motorsport Park for Free Entry & Entertainment as we push the limits on our bodies to get the best out of our cars!!
20.01.2022 Thankyou to Arabella from a local school here in South Australia for your wonderful letter. We were contacted a few weeks ago & asked if we would like to participate with a program the school is running at the moment, where the kids could engage with Veterans. Ofcourse we definitely accepted & Rob was greeted with this in the mail yesterday.

18.01.2022 Practice/Qualifying went well for us, wore the new clutch in and did a couple of good laps. Race 1 didn't end well after we were pushed into a dirty piece of the track on the fastest corner of the circuit and Rob ended up out in the paddock with the cows. Race 2 up soon & Rob is keen to get some good results for the team!!
18.01.2022 It is with great regret to inform everyone of the passing of Brodie Page, a former member of the 2nd Commando Regiment and 3rd Battalion Royal Australian Regiment(PARA). Brodie tragically took his own life on 20th of September after a long battle with PTSD. Brodie was an extremely loving and well respected Soldier, Husband and Father. Brodie is survived by his wife Ambre and his two daughters aged 4yr old and 15 months. Never above you. ... Never below you. Always beside you. Brothers by choice. R.I.P Brodie. You were a true Warrior. Whether you are serving or ex-serving, know that we are a community that helps each other out. Please reach out to your mate for help if you need it. There is so much out there now to help you and most importantly, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Condolences to Brodie’s family, friends, and the 2CDO brotherhood. Lest We Forget
17.01.2022 Unfortunately the final race ended alittle too quickly for the team with a power steering hose blowing out and dropping all the fluid. This will be the first hitout for the HQ Monaro & we're competing in the Historic Group N 2001cc and over class. 09.01.2022 Race 3 & 4 completed with a new PB in race 3 for Rob. Brilliant to have David & Ian out from EverettBrookes Jewellers & we look forward to working with them throughout the future. Race 5 coming up soon with 10 laps, (49.5kms) to end the day. It's a 26 degree day with an average of 45 degrees inside the car, along with 5 layers of racing suit material. We wish Rob all the best in the hot conditions & a safe race!!!!

03.01.2022 We’re deeply saddened to report the loss of Jason Dupasquier On behalf of the entire Motosport family, we send our love to his team, his family and loved ones You will be sorely missed, Jason. Ride in peace... Jason wasn't Australian or a Veteran, but in the Motorsport world he is family. He takes risks every time that helmet goes on, just like we do. Unfortunately the thrill & joy of going fast can sometimes cause unfortunate accidents.
