25.01.2022 Having an early breakfast today so I though I would give this a go. Everyone else is having bacon and egg rolls, while I'm the weird one trying to keep it a little healthier . Half a capsicum to replace the roll with eggs and bacon on top, also some avocado on the side just because it was lying around .
24.01.2022 Some more pics of our little adventure. Some spots were steep. Thomas and I seen caught the eye of some wildlife. We tried sneaking up on some kangaroo’s and were able to get within 18 meters (according to the range finder). I think I’ve successfully turned Thomas into a little adventurer .

23.01.2022 I learnt a few thing yesterday the hard way. Don’t try and rush to much in one day. Somethings are better left for when you have more time. Tried to change the oil in my car between picking up kids and cooking dinner. I gave the car an hour to cool down but it wasn’t enough. You may or may not be remembered in the history books but I guarantee you'll at least prove something to yourself!

07.01.2022 Today’s workout is going to be fun 5 Rounds of 500 meters cycle, 5 cleans, 10 Deadlift and 15 push press. Finishing off with 5 Rounds of Front Squats x2 (same weight as cleans) and burpees over bar x2. I’m dealing with a few niggles lately so will be going lighter than usual but still getting it done.
07.01.2022 Took today off to go for a bush walk and see what I can find. I purchased this @hunterselement gear (boots, pants and top) and all I can say is, so far so good and pretty comfortable. Even if I don’t get anything today it beasts working

03.01.2022 Some good old Seated Rows in the mix with today's workout. I love this exercise, it helps strengthen the upper back and core. I like to make sure I engage my entire core to hold good form throughout the reps. Remember upper back strength supports a good posture when doing the exercise be sure to hold each rep for a few seconds each pull. This helps teach the muscle to hold a good posture .
01.01.2022 Feeling proud today. Had a Fathers day morning tea with Thomas at his school, they sang songs and gave out personalised hand made gifts. I also got to see what Thomas has been learning at school and had a few books read to me. Love my Family, it's times like these I remember how lucky I am
