05.01.2022 7 Abernethy Avenue, Deer Park had been on the market for just under a year with another Agent. We took over and sold it in less than 1 month! THE DIFFERENCE? I suggested to my vendors to bring their modern furniture down from Ballarat for the photography to make the property look more appealing. (The tenants furniture didn’t match the style of the home)... Contacted the data base to obtain potential buyers which resulted in over 12 private inspections from the data base!!! Conducted 2 open for inspections a week the previous agent was doing opens at 4.30pm, I suggested we did them at 6.30pm after potential buyers had finished work. Constant following up skills. END RESULT? Happy clients and a great sale price. Thank you to my amazing vendors for having the trust in me to sell their home.
