25.01.2022 Dear VSYBBandiers, Please know that it is with a very heavy heart that I am having to write this, but we have not received enough people to run camp. We respect that everyone is very busy and that there are many bands working towards National championships and are unavailable for the whole weekend. All finance that was paid will of course be returned in full and I will be in touch with each of you individually to work this out.... Moomba is definitely still happening for us as we don't want to miss a month or the fun and excitement of being involved with the Moomba festival. We are hoping that this will actually allow for more people to be involved, the more we have the better! We will be rehearsing on the Sunday of the long weekend still and then marching the following day. Rehearsal Date: Sunday 13 March Time 9.45am (be there to play at 10am) Venue: TBC next week Needed: $5 for lunch, shoes suitable for marching, hat and drink bottle, lyres, marching straps Moomba Date: Monday 14 March Time: Venue: Items needed: -Lyre -Straps for marching -Black trousers -Black socks -Black shoes, -PLAIN white t-shirt (this is to be confirmed as they may have enough for us) Attendance at the rehearsal is crucial to march the following day. Information needed: Parade Costumes: We require measurements by This Thursday of the following for each of you please : (In Inches) Waist: Chest: T-Shirt size: Are you able to help with accommodation for our travelers?
