25.01.2022 3 months have passed now since we constructed the greenhouse. It’s become a sauna/sanctuary/office/happy place, but most importantly, doing what it’s suppose to do.........growing early summer crops. So far, in late November, we’ve harvested Tomatoes Cucumbers Zucchini Beans... 22.01.2022 Getting creative with our harvest This is a twist on the classic basil pesto by using predominantly Kale Toss through cooked pasta for the quickest supper or dollop on a hot baked potato 100g Kale ...... leaf only remove stems... 50g Basil......you can use more if liked 100 g.
