As always, the health, safety and well being of our clients and staff is our highest priority. We have implemented a number of precautionary measures to help reduce the risk to our clients and staff as we remain OPEN inorder to assit you as much as possible. We are also able to post out orders if you can not visit. Vu Van Nguyen is a registered Chinese medicine/Acupuncture professional with AHPRA, CMR0001739651. As a registered profession he is regarded as an allied health profession by the Federal Government. Allied health is regarded as a primary health care service and thus serving an essential need. The WHO regards traditional medicine practice as primary care and the Australian government regards us as allied health and therefore primary care. Please be assured we are practicing good hygiene to protect against infection and prevent the virus spreading. Practice social distancing in the waiting room, reception and clinic rooms. Staff are wearing protective equipment when in close contact with our clients. Staff to stay at home if they are sick Please do not visit the clinic if you have travelled overseas within the last 14 days (as per government mandatory self-isolation), have symptoms of respiratory illness or have been in contact with anyone with a confirmed case of COVID-19. However, inorder to manage our practice safely we have some restrictions and practices in place. * If you have been at the NWRH or NWPH or a close contact with someone who has, please reschedule your appointment for 14 days. * If you have ANY signs or symtoms of being unwell with flu or cold like symtoms as described by ...the Tasmanian Government Health Authority, please reschedule your appointment for 14 days. * If you are over the age of 70 with a chronic health condition please phone our reception prior to your upcoming appointment or reschedule for 14 days. 1. If you have an upcoming appointment we ask you to sanitise your hands upon entry. 2. You may wait inside your car and phone us upon arrival. 3. Any accompanying people please wait inside your car where possible. 4. We may take your temperature upon arrival. 5. If purchasing products, please phone before coming into the practice. 02.01.2022 We apologies for the inconvenience during road works and footpath upgrades. We have limited access to our front clinic door at present. The team outside is working hard and fast and plan to pour concrete tonight! It should be completed and sparkling new by Friday morning 9th November, weather permitting.
