21.01.2022 One of my favourite exercises ever, the Plank is a great isometric core exercise that you can easily do whenever and wherever you want! If you want a good exercise that strengthens the core, back and shoulders simultaneously, this is the one! Here are just 4 of my favourite planking variations that you can try:

13.01.2022 For more variance in your plank try adding a push up progression to it! Note: Make sure you keep the core and glutes squeezed at all times. No swaying of the hips when pushing up!

01.01.2022 MEET OUR TRAINERS! BRAD Hello everyone! I'm Brad, I'm 27 and I'm from West Melbourne.... Though I've been a gym goer for quite some time, my real fitness journey started about 3 years ago. My anxiety and depression had me in a rut and I needed to step out of my comfort zone. I took a trial class at my local MMA gym. I felt nervous and very out of place. Never did I think that, that one day of training would turn into 3 years of challenge, dedication, and a new found passion for not only Muay Thai kickboxing but a greater love for fitness as a whole. My main goal as a trainer would be to help my clients realise that they too are capable of stepping into foreign territory and not only survive but thrive. That they too can discover a new sense of self confidence and gain a real excitement towards health and fitness.
