06.01.2022 This commission was finished a few days ago but I didn't post the finished product as it made last week's express post to the client. I received some really lovely messages of satisfaction and happiness from the person it was intended for yesterday, and I'm really satisfied with how it turned out. The functionality of this belt was foremost in my mind, and according to the design requested for men's ties it took some time to marry the two different aspects together successfully. I'm pleased to offer this type of item as a dialogue between the customer and myself, which combines form, function and aesthetic in a product that lasts a lifetime. Message me if you're interested! #utilitybelt #retroties #paisleyties #handsewn #sewingmachine #bespokefashion #toolbelt #handmade #sewing

03.01.2022 Some #tungoil to give this old #spinningwheel a new lease of life

01.01.2022 Working on a jacket mod for someone special. It required a breakdown of the lining for use on the outside as a feature (watch this space) a new panel from heavy black linen for the top cloth and black print cotton for the lining, new lining for the back and the reassembly of some brown cotton piping. A real stretch of my skill base for this piece
