20.01.2022 Happy Wednesday friends and followers! A sweeping set of NSW rental reforms will come into effect on February 28. These include important changes for victims of domestic violence, who can now break a lease immediately with no penalty if they have either a provisional AVO or a statutory declaration from a doctor.
