13.01.2022 Covid-19 announcement to all VZ Air customers: VZ Air has decided to implement some changes to our business operations to help limit our impact on the spread of COVID-19. Our priority is the safety of your family and ours. Changes we have already made:... Hospital-grade hand sanitiser in our work vehicle and antibacterial wipes for payment processes Regular hand washing throughout the day Limiting customer contact (we may ask you to turn on/off your system on our behalf for testing where necessary) Up-to-date training in Covid-19 infection control (certificate attached) A requirement that all persons in your household are well, are not in enforced isolation and have not knowingly been in recent contact with a sick person Additionally from Tuesday, 24th March: All non-essential services, such as routine maintenance, will be postponed until further notice (we will offer a pre-summer servicing special when servicing resumes) Limited availability to reduce our public exposure A minimum of 1.5 metres distance between technician and customer at all times We hope to continue to assist our valued customers, to the best of our ability, for as long as we can.
