20.01.2022 I have our final amount raised. We were so so close. Thank you to everyone again for supporting and continuing to follow our page, and our goal to raise the much needed funds for research into a cure for brain cancer through our Walk4BrainCancer -Cooper’s Walk 2018. What a huge weekend we had. ... Today I am so very pleased to announce that our 3rd Walk4BrainCancer Raised............ $8294.00 Although we missed our goal, I am extremely happy to say that in 3 years we have raised $47,849. That is something we should all be very proud of. I know I am. This is a huge success, that once again cannot be achieved alone, without your continued love and support. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I hope we did you proud Cooper. There is always next year, and we will Never Ever Give Up Mummy loves you. Please feel free to tag yourself in any photo’s. 20.01.2022 Hi, It is with a heavy heart that I inform all of you of my decision to not hold a Walk4BrainCancer this year. I’m not saying I won’t again in the future, but after last year I know that I need to take a break. ... I have given it my all for the last 4 years, wanting to make a difference, raising funds for research so that we can hopefully find a cure and most importantly to make Cooper proud. Raising $56,233.10 in 4 years was not done easily or alone. It was always with your love and support that this staggering and amazing accomplishment was achieved. From the bottom of my heart I cannot thank you all enough. In saying this, If you have followed our families story you may know that we also have a car Cooper’s Journey 06 that has participated in the annual Rally for a Cause - Dunga Derby, which is a community charity proudly raising funds to support families and individuals affected by life-limiting medical conditions or have had their lives disrupted by circumstances beyond their control. This foundation was created after Cooper was diagnosed, but unfortunately Cooper passed away just 12 days before the first event. This year I have decided to join my husband in our car Cooper’s Journey 06 The Avengers on the 6th annual Dunga Derby for Cooper Forever 6 We will be raising funds for Rally for a Cause with an event and details in the coming months to be confirmed. If you would like to support us in this years event please feel free to click on the link below. Any amount you donate goes directly to help a local family in need. Please feel free to follow us on our journey on a Facebook Page that I have set up so that you can watch what I’m sure is going to be a great and exciting adventure. I know Cooper had so much fun helping Michael set the car up for the first year, and will be so happy to finally get Mummy to go. In the past 5 years the community and participants have collectively raised over $1 million dollars, going towards local families in our community. 19.01.2022 I need your thoughts, opinions and help. Last year the concensous was to complete the walk and not have any sausage sizzle after, so that everyone can continue on with their day. I did make 60 cupcakes last year, which sold out. So let me know if this also is something that you woudl like to see again. If you participated over the last 3 years, what do you think I have missed, and what are some things that you would like to possibly have this year. ... Please be kind, as I am only one person, and although I have many hands on the day, I mostly organise these events on my own, without sponsers. Happy to hear your thoughts and opinions. 15.01.2022 What a day. You guys are awsome. I'm so very proud to be able to announce that this year we raised a total of $8384.10 raising our 4th year total to a staggering $56,233.10... Everyone involved over the last 4 years needs to be congratulated on such an amazing achievemnet, a job which could never have been done without you. I would love to thank all our donators to this years raffle. 13.01.2022 Afternoon everyone, I am looking for your thoughts on either having a coffee van in the morning before the walk, or a sausage sizzle after. Last year the vote was to draw the raffle after the walk, with cupcakes for sale and everyone go and enjoy their weekend. ... What is everyone's prefrence???? P.S Cupcakes will be for sale again after the walk this year.

This is a wonderful start, and I’m excited to see how far we can go this year. 06.01.2022 What a great start to our walk with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia donating $500 towards Cooper's Walk 2019 for the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation. We greatly appreciate this donation knowing all funds raised are going towards finding the cure, that is so desperately needed to help fight brain cancer. 02.01.2022 **** IMPORTANT NOTICE ***** 9 more sleeps till we gather together to walk next Saturday raising funds for the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation and hopefully one day soon, a cure for brain cancer. You still have time to register online, which helps on the morning, but you can sign up and pay on the day. Unfortunately I do not have eftpos set up, so cash will be needed on the day. ... We will endeavour to start walking by 8:30am, before the day warms up, so registration will be open from 7:30am. This will also give everyone a chance to purchase a bottle of water, merchandise or raffle ticket. Please remember to wear sunscreen, and bring a hat, or you can purchase a Cure Brain Cancer cap on the day. We will have water, and softdrinks available to purchase before and after the walk as well as some amazing cupcakes on return. Unfortunately we were unable to obtain support for the sausage sizzle this year. My apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause. Cure Brain Cancer merchandise will be available again this year. We have........ T- Shirts ranging from childrens size 6 to XXL $25 each. Water bottles $25 Caps $15 Tote Bags $5 Wristbands $ Gold coin donation. We also have a raffle including some great vouchers and gift cards, a $5 per number money board, with a prize of $100, This will be drawn after the walk so please stick around. The Torquay markets will be directly beside us this year, so please be understanding and patient as we also work around this. With only 3 weeks to go, we have 9 r...egistered walkers, and are so very grateful of the donations towards our walk. Registration is payable on the day, But, you can pre register online, by clicking on the link below. https://walk4braincancer.com.au//coopers-walk-4-brain-can/ Registration prices are: Adults 16 years and over are $30 Children 5-15 are $20 Family of 2 adults and 2 children are $90 Children under 5 are free. There will be cure brain cancer merchandise for sale. T-shirts $25 (Non Personalised.) Caps $15 Stainless Steele Water bottles $25 Tote bags $5 Water and soft drinks will be available to purchase on the day. We have a raffle to be drawn at the end of the walk as well as cupcakes for sale. At the venue this year, the Torquay Markets will be alongside us in the grassy are between the rotunda and the Sailing club car park. So it has been decided to conclude the walk after returning and raffles have been drawn, so that we can clear the area, and enjoy the rest of our day. I hope to see you all there.
