20.01.2022 As social workers we work hard every day to reduce social barriers, to address inequality and injustice within our communities. Events such as the Orlando shootings over the weekend are shocking and sad reminders of what we face, but they also strengthen our resolve. Every day we stand together against discrimination, and continue to stand up for those who are neglected, marginalised, vulnerable, excluded, disadvantaged or alienated. We work toward and believe in social change in our own communities, and across the world. As social workers #westandwithorlando
