14.01.2022 Next week (10-17 October) WA will be running a statewide Mental Health Week that aims to promote good mental health and positive attitudes towards mental health... issues. The Mind Over Water Initiative is one of a number of events running during that week. Led by City of Perth Brass Bander Les Hoffman there will be two events each morning from Sunday 11 October. This event is a 90 minute sailing session from the Royal Perth Yacht Club along the Swan River that makes the most of the calm open water and beautiful natural surroundings to create a sense of mindfulness.
