22.01.2022 Thank you very much to our latest group that stayed here at Waddamana. It was a pleasure to meet you all and we are glad you enjoyed the relaxing solitude that Waddamana offers. On another note our veggie garden is about 50% complete, the fruit trees are in, several rows of veggies and an over abundance if eggs. We will be posting a photo album up very shortly with what has happened since our arrival.
22.01.2022 exciting times are ahead for the Waddamana village, this month is the Waddamana Hydro electric power stations 100th Birthday. So if you are not doing anything later this month feel free to drop into Waddamana on the 26th of October for a fun FREE Family day celebrating 100 years of Tasmania's Hydro power. 17.01.2022 It has been a while since we have been able to post up anything so now that I have the time we here at Waddamana would like to say a very big THANK YOU to St. Patrick's College for gracing us with your school's camp, it has been a heart warming experience, getting to know all the kids and teachers alike. You are more than welcome back anytime.

06.01.2022 WOW, what a good long week we have had here at Waddamana, the Launceston Preparatory school had a wonderful time and are already planning next year's visit. We also had the 100th Birthday of the Waddamana Hydro electric plant which was a big hit with everyone. We made home made ice cream and muffins to share with everyone. We would like to say a BIG and special thanks to Frank and Helen Cooper for guidance and their effort to feed over 500 people, Hydro Tas for the even itself and to ALL the visitors to Waddamana this weekend, the stories we heard about life in Waddamana have lent new meaning to the word community. THANK YOU ALL
