21.01.2022 Happy Friday Waeger Friends & Fans Well what a month it’s been, it just keeps getting better. We love our end of month celebrations with the crew, which culminate in an over the top BBQ, recognition of birthdays for the month & our anticipated monthly employee recognition.... This month we celebrated the October Birthdays of Wilko (the older one) Hayden & Chris P. Happy Birthday Guys hope it was awesome We also recognised 2 employees this month. The guys are seen here with our great boss & Managing Director - Michael Waeger Nick Young (pic 1) received employee recognition for displaying outstanding leadership, stepping up and taking on new challenges with professionalism, determination & a great attitude. Nick demonstrates humility & passion in all that he does. Nick is employed as a Site Manger and is responsible for all aspects of site management. Well done Nick Lee Farmer (pic2) received recognition for outstanding application & commitment to his studies. Lee is a long serving employee and was offered the opportunity to obtain an apprenticeship. Lee completed all course requirements for the Certificate III Formwork/Falsework ahead of time and is now working as a Leading Hand/Team Leader

18.01.2022 Today all staff attended Mates in Construction General Awareness Training, followed by the nominees pictured attending a 4 hour Connector Training Session. MATES in Construction is a charity established in 2008 to reduce the high level of suicide among Australian construction workers....
