22.01.2022 Taking advantage of a late start with clients this morning to finalise a rehabilitation program under veterinary supervision for a new client. It’s so nice to be able to sit down and get this done with some peace and quiet rather than my usual rushed state!

22.01.2022 Some nice relaxation with the SureFoot pads following some pretty extensive work through the thoracic sling and girth region. 21.01.2022 How to get through Lockdown.... Have not one, but three, to-do lists laid out and tackle them all head on!!! Monday’s are always a productive day for me as it sets me up for a productive week... and today is no different!... How are all my Perth followers dealing with lockdown?

08.01.2022 Benny progressed from a single SureFoot pad to standing on two pads in his recent bodywork session. We’ve been struggling with a few issues with Benny, so he is now taking a step back to address the basics of developing postural awareness and conditioning as well as developing proprioceptive awareness. Without these basics established it can be challenging to use the body in a correct and functional manner which can lead to muscular aches and pains and impaired movements and ...performance. Lucky for Emma, being my trainee means direct access to the healthy backed horse series which covers these basics, so Benny gets to take advantage of this educational series as it’s being created and uploaded onto the online group!!! PS, don’t stress. The SureFoot pads are not part of the healthy backed horse program, so if you’re eagerly waiting for it’s launch date you do not need to have the pads! The pads are simply a bonus to our bodywork sessions.

08.01.2022 It’s a full house over here!!! And another horse on the way now!!! These fires are scary and I’m just thankful I’ve been able to offer refuge for a couple of friends!!!

05.01.2022 Ok, all settled with the three rescues! Karma and Benny are instant besties hanging out in the stables together, with the other two chilling out in the main paddock. Felt a little helpless being at home with my kids whilst poor Emma was struggling to get Benny on the float to evacuate, and am so very grateful for the friends and clients who came to her aid!!!... My heart goes out to those who lost their homes and I hope everyone still dealing with evacuating horses is staying safe xx

03.01.2022 Perth is going into a Hard Lockdown for the next five days due to a confirmed community transmission case of Covid-19. We do have appointments booked from Tuesday through Friday, all of which will unfortunately require rebooking. But let’s all do the right thing for five days so we can get through this situation faster!!! If you have an appointment booked during this five day period, I will be in touch over the next 24h to reschedule. Emma and I will be working additional d...ays in the following weeks to ensure we keep everyone on track. At this stage all appointments from Saturday 6th February will remain in place as scheduled. However, if you have any concerns or fall in to the category of people who require testing then please get in touch ASAP to let me know. I will continue to monitor announcements and adjust work as required. If lower grade lock downs continue beyond this five days we will continue as we did last year, with increased hand washing protocols and increased distancing and/or zero contact appointments. We got through this last year, we can do this again! Stay safe everyone!!!
