George, 7 years old, is part Kelpie, Border Collie, Staffy, Sharpei, cross..... lets just say a bitser, was found by his owner in the wild. He loves riding on the buggy, sleeping on the kids and he’s super loved by every person that visits our farm. This is where Dr. Doolittle would come in handy! Rose comes to us from the Goldfields-Esperance Region of WA. Good luck ROSE in the search to find WA Farm Dog of the Year. Pooch Talk from the Owner ....... ... Rose is such a special dog to me. She was my first paddock dog when I started full-time farming and she bonded with me right away. Rose is the sweetest dog and can handle different temperaments of sheep. I’d be lost with out her! I can leave her on a mob of lambs, etc, and she never gets into trouble. She made the move with me from New Zealand to WA. Rose had handled the change well and comes everywhere with me, including having a bed inside. Although she much prefers to be in my bed between my partner and I. Rose has mustered some big hills/paddocks for me and has also helped me do well at a couple trials. Even when I get the sides wrong, she knows what she’s doing. I just love her.
