25.01.2022 Dear Customers, old and new, Dear Waffle Friends, What a year we had and where has it gone.. 2018 was full with ideas, plans, plains and changes. We certainly learned to look the world from a different perspective and yes, it’s beautiful from here as well But most importantly 2018 was full with family, friends and cakes, cakes, cakes Happy New Year to each and every one of you! We wish you happiness, health and good humour for 2019. See you in the new year

22.01.2022 Sometimes you work soo hard, and you don’t get rewarded. But then, suddenly, everything just start falling into place. Some calls it the Universe, Fate, God. Aligning of the stars. And out of the blue, things start to happen. You know, when a car just pulls out from a parking space, so you can have it. And you meet a long lost friend in the shopping centre, when you were not even supposed to go there today. Or your favourite song comes on the radio, when you really need cheer...ing up. Something like that has just happened. We argue, what to call it, shall we believe in it. But we decided to go with the flow and see where it takes us. Something wonderful is coming. 17.01.2022 Dear Waffle Friends, The time has come to say goodbye. We thank you for your support and friendship over the last five years. We thank you for introducing us to soo many community groups through our wandering waffles giveaway and for the great chats we have had at the Sunday markets. ... As our family is embarking on a new journey we set ourselves the task to find a local and dedicated new operator for this great family business. It will suit a mum with young children who is keen to make some me time, get out of the house and meet the community. It would suit a family with older kids who are eager to help out with taking orders and folding boxes A uni student could run it on the weekends or empty nesters can get back to the business of shows and markets. The list is endless . If you know anyone who would be interested in this well established, local business please put them in touch with us. We will be still coming down to the Boatshed for the next couple of Sundays so please pop in and say hello! It’s not a sad end but a wonderful beginning Love from the Waffle Family

17.01.2022 Dear Waffle Friends, We really wanted to be part of the anniversary celebration for the Boatshed Markets when it turns 10 on Sunday 17 June. So we are still here Hello Lots of fantastic things are in the planning, will share the program with you when it’s official. I am not saying anything about face painting, special music performance, a group drone pic, giveaways, a cool photo competition or cake.. At all... But I can share the cake competition with you! I know soo many of you are talented cake makers or have kiddies who love to bake. Spread the word and show everyone your creation!
