16.01.2022 **Mobile App Update** New features are coming to the WageLoch Mobile App - ## For Admins/Managers:... - Shift Swap feature allows you to: - choose a shift that needs to be filled - choose which staff you want to notify - select which staff member fills the shift in the roster - New Message Centre feature allows you to send messages to your team ## For Employees: - Full Roster view - Shift Swap feature: receive notifications if a shift becomes available to claim ## FAQS Q: "Do I need to do anything to get ready for it?" A: The updates will be released as a version upgrade through the App and Play Stores, so it depends whether your mobile phones are set to update automatically or receive notifications that an update is available. Those who have neither option enabled will need to go to the Google Play Store or iOS App Store and download the update manually. Q: "When is the update available?" A: Soon! At this stage we anticipate the updates will be released to the Play Store and App Store on the week beginning 2nd December 2019 Q: "Do you have any information to help me navigate the updated version?" A: WageLoch's mobile app updates are designed to be intuitive and easy to use and navigate - however we also know that it's always good to have some help.
