Experience is not necessary as we offer training. The ability to plan and organise your time effectively and work unsupervised is essential.... There is potential for the successful applicant to eventually lease of own the business outright. This position involves weed control and fertilising lawns. No lawn mowing, gardening or landscaping is involved. Candidates must be fit, well presented, have a full manual Australian driver’s licence with a good driving record and will be required to undergo a National Criminal history check. Coochie HydroGreen is Australia’s largest technical lawn service. We have over 70 franchise regions across the country and have been servicing the Wagga region since April 2019. Our company culture is important to us and is defined by our quality customer service. We are passionate about healthy lawns and care about our customer’s lawn as much as they do! The purpose of this position is to grow the customer base and develop the region as well as servicing existing customers lawns using the unique Coochie liquid treatment. Experience in a sales role or customer service Experience with working towards targets and KPI’s Positive outlook and great work ethic Be punctual and meet agreed timeframes Enjoy working on your own while regularly keeping others updated on your progress Chemical Certification preferred but not essential as training is provided Previous business ownership experience is preferred but not essential Understand and use mobile technology
