05.01.2022 Im a practicing Kinesiologist registered with the Australian Institute of Kinesiologist’s. I’m a wife, mum to three beautiful sometimes very naughty children, a not very flexible yoga enthusiast, a mindful very slow runner, I am dedicated to feeding my family nutritious wholefoods but not a foodie(unfortunately for them), and try to live by the low tox living rule. I certainly don't have it all worked out but over the past 10 years on my wellness, parenting and life jou...rney I have been influenced by some amazing minds with helpful philosophies and experiences they have shared.
