15.01.2022 If you're visiting the Wagin District Club (or any number of venues in WA) in the foreseeable future, you will be required to 'sign in' for COVID-19 contact tracing purposes. The easiest way to do this is to download the "SafeWA" app from the app store on your smart phone and fill in your basic details (name & phone number). 13.01.2022 Last week, the world lost a great man and Wagin District Club lost a Life Member. Tony Bate was a legend around the club and such a large part of the club's success over the years. Our heartfelt sympathy and condolences go out to Tony's family at such a difficult time. Next Friday, 20 November, Wagin District Club will be hosting a celebration of life for Tony from 2pm. All are welcome to attend, reminisce and tell stories of his life.

12.01.2022 Work is never done at the Wagin District Club! Since the volunteer committee took over the running of the club at the start of the year, we’ve been committed to bringing our members the best possible venue we can. From installing our big screen and projector to doing up the kids room, we’ve been hard at work.... Just this month, we’ve bought new tables and chairs, installed new lights inside and outside, got new pool cues, had some of the club painted, run a Melbourne Cup lunch and a comedy night AND continued to open as a venue run entirely by hard working, incredible volunteers. And today’s project? A few of our committee members have been down at the club ripping up the carpet so it can be replaced during the week. Thank you to everyone who comes to our events, comes by for a drink and generally supports us as members of the club - your dollars go directly back into making the club bigger and better than ever!
