04.01.2022 Compass Hut is a beautifully designed tiny house in Forthside, TAS that operates off a unique, hybrid/off-grid solar system. It draws off a 4-panel PV solar arr...ay and a gel battery bank. It is also set-up with an alternative grey-water system and a sophisticated split-system compost toilet. Freshwater is also collected using an on-site water tank and pump, which is also powered by the solar array.
