20.01.2022 Lockdown Update After seeking guidance from Gov. UK we can confirm that Dog Groomers can remain open for Welfare Grooming. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ ... The procedure is still the same since the last lockdown When arriving for your dogs appointment please adhere to the following:- We have a locked door policy, please wait until we wave you in. As always, masks MUST be worn. If you are exempt then let us know when you book please. You must not enter our premesis without a face covering. Please remove your dogs collar and lead and take this home We will perform a consultation socially distanced from you on your preferences for the groom. Once you leave your dog will will go straight in the bath. This is to remain safe as washing the dog will sanitise the coat. We can not pre assess coat condition before this. If your dog is found to be matted, we will call you to inform you and advise the options. There will be no WALK IN APPOINTMENTS provided. All appointments must be arranged prior including Nail trimming. We also have leucillin available to spray your dog after being groomed, this kills the Covid Virus along with Hand Sanistiser for your own use. British Isles Grooming Association have confirmed our guidelines for carrying on working and we will be adhering to all guidelines set. 15.01.2022 Lockdown Update Following the recent news that all non essential shops must close for Lockdown on Thursday..... At the moment we are unsure if we will have to close and awaiting further information. The government are issuing a list of those who are exempt.... I have also contacted the Council to see if we could offer a Collect and Drop Off Service and the Salon would be closed to the Public. If we have to close we will contact everyone and re arrange appointments when we get the go ahead to re-open and like last time will be in order of who was booked in first. Fingers and Toes crossed that we can remain open
