24.01.2022 Our Anzac Day at Durack... very beautiful to see so many people attend and Im sorry we had to shut the roller doors in the cafe but it was out of RESPECT for our diggers, most understood and some not.. 18.01.2022 Mark & I would like to thank everyone who supported us at the canteen over the 5 days ..... It was our first time running a canteen and at some point I wanted to run thanks to Denis who knew exactly what to do , he was amazing and without him I think I would of ran thanks to all the Dachshund club members and especially our New members who help throughout the 5 nights . We have made a big donation to the club for all the members who tirelessly help out. We thank you f...or all your help, we definitely couldnt have done it without you all xx are you all up for another 3 days We would like to hear any feed back good or bad and what we can improve on or a dish that you would like us to make , we are catering again for the Gold Coast shows so all feedback will be taken aboard..... We went through 25 kg of beef stroganoff and 30 kgs of chicken satay and over 120 kg of chips ..... Again thank you all so much it was a pleasure to feed you all See more

People enjoyed roughly 1,600 cups huge big thanks to our young team Macey & Talia who worked so very hard over the weekend, to Stephen for working sunday n Monday, Marks mum Barb for the wonderful slices up until 2am Friday baking more for us and Elsie for your milk runs and slice run xxx We started friday arvo and finished Monday night at 9pm...We are shattered today...
