25.01.2022 Our AGM and general meeting will be held this Sunday 7th of February at the Wahgunyah Recreation room. (Football ground) at 10am.

24.01.2022 Time to get excited, we are going racing. Production Sedans "Bob Bailey Memorial" with a $2500 Prize money pool plus contingency prizes. VSC Sports Sedans "Grand Slam" with a $1150 Prize money pool plus contingency prizes.... VSC Open Ladies "Queen of the Murray" also with a $1150 Prize money pool plus contingency prizes. VSC Open Juniors State point series Round 4 where pride plays a big part. Plus GOSA, Standard Saloons and VSC Unlimited Sedans. Stay tuned for further posts regarding how to get your business involved in what will be a fantastic Day/Night's action.

23.01.2022 What an amazing club we have and even more the members we have in our club. A massive shout out to Stuart & Deanna Balins for Donating a race ready gosa registered Race car to the Wahgunyah Speedway club. This car for the club. Is going to be used as part of our junior program within the club that would see Juniors that want to experience junior racing and look at getting into the sport the opportunity to experience the thrill of motorsport.... How to get behind the wheel to experience junior racing. More details will come about every soon. Stay tuned. Again thank you very much for what you do for Wahgunyah Speedway.

20.01.2022 V8 Dirt Modifieds are BACK again for another crack at Wahgunyah. They put on a awesome show last time and they will do it again. Save the date. 10th April 2021.

18.01.2022 Presentation night information will be posted tomorrow. Confirmation with venue and covid restrictions, are being sorted. Once we have the fine details sorted we will be putting information out. Presentation date is the 31st July AGM date is the 1st of August

16.01.2022 Another successful test and tune event at Wahgunyah. A smaller number of cars but they all put on a great show. Big thanks to our volunteers who help makes these events happen. From here we will enjoy Christmas then hopefully back racing soon.

14.01.2022 **ATTENTION VSC OPEN JUNIOR SEDAN DRIVERS**. Over the past few years, the Victorian Speedway Council (VSC) and Wahgunyah Speedway have been working closely together and have now agreed that it is time to recognise the VSC Open Junior Sedan class with a Victorian State Title. Wahgunyah Speedway are excited to announce that our club will be the first to host the VSC Open Junior Sedan Title in the 2021/22 Season at a date to be confirmed. ... To be eligible to compete in VSC Open Juniors the driver must be 12 years of age with a VSC licence and can compete in any VSC registered sedan except for VSC Unlimited (NO CHASSIS CARS). The North East of Victoria has been a constant supporter of VSC Open Juniors with Wahgunyah Speedway, Speedway Wangaratta, Mt Beauty Speedway, Alexandra Speedway and Swan Hill Speedway running the up and coming stars at most race meetings, the class continues to bring in new drivers every year eager to learn their craft and develop their skills. To be allocated the honour of hosting the first ever VSC Open Junior Sedan Title is very humbling and exciting was Wahgunyah Speedway President Brendon Eames response when asked what is meant to him, We have always been extremely supportive of the class and always will be, It’s just awesome. 08.01.2022 Congratulations to our very own VSC Open Junior Sedan drivers Marty Bassett who finished 2nd in the final round of the State Series at Nagambie yesterday, and 3rd Overall for the series. And Riley Balins who also took on Nagambie Speedway and ended the series in a solid 5th place overall.

05.01.2022 Wahgunyah Speedway would like to wish everyone as safe and happy new year. It has been a difficult time the past 12 months. let's hope 2021 will be kind to us all. Safe stay have a good night and we hope to see you all soon.

05.01.2022 Wahgunyah Speedway would like to announce that in the 2021/2022 season. Wahgunyah is successful to hold the VSC Unlimited Chassis Sedans Title in April 2022. With numbers growing in the North East and the class growing overall. With custom designs, late models, amcas & super sedans in the title and on such a big track this event will be amazing. Stay tuned for more details.

04.01.2022 Good Morning All, the committee of Wahgunyah Speedway have made the tough call to wave the chequered flag on season 2020/21 and cancel our last meeting on June 13th. With current restrictions and the unknown going forward we feel we were left with no better option. However, with this being said we will look to start our 2021/22 season earlier than usual by shifting the June 13th meeting that we lost to November 20th 2021, this will be confirmed at a later date. Wahgunyah Speedway would like to thank all our valued Sponsors, Competitors, Spectators and of course of loyal band of fantastic volunteers for the season we managed to get in, we look forward to next season which is looking to be brilliant, the 2021/22 Calendar will be released shortly.

03.01.2022 Our Last Meeting of the season is going to be HUGE, you won't want to miss this one, 2 Victorian Titles plus 3 other Feature Events. We are going to see the season out with a massive selection of Cars. With up to 100 nominations expected over all classes it will be well worth the admission price.
